2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Detail

A couple of weeks ago, I had a client that came in with his gorgeous 2013 Mustang Boss 302 in Race Red that he had recently purchased just the previous month. The vehicle looked great and luckily the customer had requested to not have the dealership prep it for delivery. So this car had no holograms, wax residue or other commonly found problems from a poorly rushed detail. The customer

BMW Z3 Roadster Detail

From time to time, I get a BMW in for paint correction in a color other than black. This 2001 BMW Z3 Roadster was painted in Oxfordgrunden Metallic. The client brought in this car to see what I could do in terms of an overall detail for a BMW car show that was coming up. Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet Paint Correction Detail

A new client of mine recently took ownership of this 2010 Porsche 911 Turbo Cab, he soon contacted me about doing a paint correction detail on his new purchase. Some dealerships have inexperienced personnel that prep cars for delivery and in

Bentley Continental GT Maintenance Detail

Last June I had a 2004 Bentley Continental GT in Diamond Black for a full detail including paint correction. Bentley clearcoat is definitely one of the hardest clearcoat finishes around. It takes the right combination to get it corrected and once this vehicle was corrected, the owner did a great job of maintaining it to avoid scratches and swirls. He brought in to me recently to do a maintenance detail to

Paint Correction Lighting

I’ve recently detailed a Honda Civic Si for a client who has kept this vehicle meticulously detailed and for a 2009, it was in excellent condition. The paint was maintained by a another detail shop and although the car had a shiny clean look to it, I noticed that there were traces of light scratches and swirls all over. The color should of made it easy to see them, but the scratches

The SweetCars Approach to Engine Detailing

The SweetCars approach to engine detailing is to make an engine look the way it did when it left the factory. That is to say that we don’t believe in “overly dressed” engine detailing. The type of detailing where every part you touch leaves a greasy feeling. The car was never intended to look that way from the factory and I for one, stand on the side of preservation and
