Position: AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER

SweetCars is growing rapidly and is seeking a highly experienced automotive sales expert to help with our expansion. We need a seasoned sales manager to help us further explode the growth at Fort Wayne's premier dealer of low-mile luxury, performance, and exotic cars. The ideal candidate will have at least 5–7 years of experience in automotive sales and sales management. The person we are seeking should be a huge enthusiast of the types of cars we carry, understand all facets of the luxury car culture, have a keen understanding of automotive internet sales, be stellar at relationship building, have the ability to coach and motivate others to sell, and be able to proactively generate new business.
